The Kerala State Lottery Department announced the results of the Karunya Plus KN-642 draw on Thursday, September 24, 2026. The first prize of Rs 1 crore was won by ticket number PU 614457.
The draw was held at Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction in Thiruvananthapuram, at 3 PM. The second prize of Rs 30 lakh went to ticket number PN 689005, and the third prize of Rs 5 lakh was won by ticket number PO 802533.
KN 642 Prize Structure
The Karunya Plus lottery offers nine prize categories. The consolation prize of Rs 5,000 is awarded to all remaining series with the same number as the first prize winner.
The fourth prize of Rs 5,000 was won by tickets ending with the numbers 0921, 6716, 1839, 7078, 3834, 7618, 3961, 8096, 4181, 8219, 4992, 8515, 5687, 8708, 6067, 9335, 6536, 9570, and 6636.
The fifth prize of Rs 2,000 went to tickets ending with 0144, 2919, 4285, 6270, 6660, and 9273.
The sixth prize of Rs 1,000, seventh prize of Rs 500, eighth prize of Rs 200, and ninth prize of Rs 100 were also announced. A single Karunya Plus ticket costs Rs 50.

The Karunya Plus lottery is drawn every Thursday. The Kerala State Lotteries Department has released results for several recent draws in 2026.
The KN-641 draw on September 17, 2026, offered a first prize of Rs 1 crore. The KN-633 draw on July 22, 2026, was won by ticket number PD 566404 for the top prize of Rs 1 crore.
The KN-629 draw on June 25, 2026, awarded the first prize to ticket number PG 184064. The KN-628 draw on June 18, 2026, had PW 519786 as the first prize winner.

How to Claim Prizes
Winners must verify their ticket numbers against the official Kerala Government Gazette before claiming prizes. Prize claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date.
Prizes up to Rs 5,000 can be collected from any authorised lottery retailer in Kerala. Prizes above Rs 5,000 must be claimed from a district lottery office or the State Lottery Directorate.
Winners of the first and second prizes must surrender their tickets either in person or via insured registered post to the Director of State Lotteries. Claims can also be submitted through nationalised, scheduled, state, or district co-operative banks with the necessary documents.
Claimants must provide valid identification such as an Aadhaar or PAN card when submitting their winning ticket. Lottery winnings are subject to applicable income tax and statutory deductions, with a 30 percent tax deduction on the first prize.
